Wakil Menteri Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (Wamen UMKM) Helvi Y. Moraza mengungkapkan, ada empat kunci utama yang harus ditanamkan oleh seorang wirausahawan agar memiliki bisnis yang berkelanjutan.
Adapun keempat kunci tersebut, terdiri dari loyalitas, integritas, disiplin, dan inovasi, atau LIDI.
“Ini yang harus dimiliki entrepreneur agar bisnisnya sustain,” ujar Wamen UMKM saat memberikan sambutan pada acara Entrepreneur Hub di Padang, Sumatra Barat, Selasa.
Loyalitas, kata dia, masih kerap menjadi persoalan yang timbul dalam diri seorang wirausaha, untuk itu ia berpesan agar wirausaha memiliki mental yang baik dalam hal menjalin hubungan dengan konsumen.
Kedua adalah integritas, hal ini menurutnya cukup krusial, karena kejujuran menjadi penting agar sebuah usaha bisa bertahan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang, salah satunya dengan menjaga kualitas produk.
Unsur ketiga adalah disiplin yang dicontohkan lewat praktik bisnis startup maupun marketplace yang saat ini dituntut memiliki standar tinggi, salah satunya terkait dengan kedisiplinan waktu pengiriman yang harus tepat waktu sesuai dengan apa yang dijanjikan.
“Kemudian inovasi, wirausaha jangan sampai kehabisan ide untuk berinovasi,” katanya.
Menurut dia, inovasi bisa dilakukan dengan menggandeng civitas kampus, baik dari penelitian, inkubasi, maupun riset pemasaran, salah satunya dengan program Entrepreneur Hub ini.
“Saya sudah bicara dengan Rektor, silakan dikumpulkan klaster per sektor, baik pertanian, sampai barang harian, kemudian dipastikan bahan bakunya, selanjutnya bisa difasilitasi oleh Kementerian UMKM,” ujarnya pula. .
Pada kesempatan yang sama, Wakil Gubernur Sumatra Barat (Sumbar) Audy Joinaldy mengungkapkan, saat ini rata-rata rasio kewirausahaan di Sumbar sudah mencapai lebih dari 4 persen, yang artinya lebih tinggi dari rata-rata rasio nasional.
Hal tersebut sejalan dengan prioritas Pemerintah Sumbar dalam mengembangkan UMKM daerah, salah satunya melalui program pembangunan 100 ribu wirausaha yang tersebar di berbagai daerah di Sumbar.
“UMKM adalah usaha yang perlu inovasi agar terus bertumbuh dan sustain, jika tidak maka akan gampang untuk hilang. Ini menjadi tugas pemerintah untuk terus memacu pertumbuhan UMKM,” tutur Audy.
Sementara itu, Deputi Bidang Kewirausahaan Kementerian UMKM Siti Azizah mengungkapkan Entrepreneur Hub di Universitas Andalas menjadi program kolaboratif yang bertujuan untuk membangun ekosistem wirausaha yang berkelanjutan.
Kegiatan yang diikuti oleh 200 wirausaha muda terkurasi ini, sekaligus menjadi penutup Entrepreneur Hub di tahun 2024, yang dalam perjalanannya sejak 2023 telah berhasil memfasilitasi sekitar 14 ribu wirausaha pada 21 provinsi di Indonesia.
Rektor Universitas Andalas Efa Yonnedi menyatakan komitmennya pihaknya mendukung pengembangan wirausaha yang diimplementasikan dengan meluncurkan program tudi kewirausahaan mulai 2024.
